Blue Dart, South Asia's premier express air and integrated transportation, distribution and logistics Company, has been voted amongst Top 50 'India's Best Companies to Work For 2014' by the Great Place to Work Institute, India. The rankings were declared at a glittering ceremony in Mumbai recently. For the fifth consecutive year, Blue Dart has been featured in the world's largest and most respected study of workplace excellence and people management practices.

'India's Best Companies To Work For 2014' is India's largest annual study on workplace culture aimed at identifying, recognizing, learning from, and spreading best practices of organizations that achieve business objectives by being great workplaces. This study in its 11th year was conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute in India in partnership with The Economic Times. This edition of the Survey spanned over 20 industries attracting participation from around 600 companies in India and surveying 1,70,000 employees as compared to 98,998 employees last year. In the Survey, firstly, perceptions of the organisations employees were measured by administering a comprehensive questionnaire and secondly, the organisations strength of people-related management practices was assessed
