Blue Dart ranks amongst India's Best Companies to Work For in 2010

Blue Dart, South Asia's premier number one express air and integrated transportation, distribution and logistics Company, has been honoured as one of the TOP 50 "Best Companies to Work For", listed by Great Place to Workﾮ Institute, India, in partnership with The Economic Times in 2010. The Award for this was presented to Blue Dart in a glittering ceremony at Intercontinental, The Lalit - Mumbai on the 18th of June 2010.

More than 400 companies registered to participate in the Study making it the largest such Study in India. Only 50 made it to the 'Best Companies to Work For' list, making it one of the toughest contests of this kind globally.

The approach was based on the major findings of 20 years of research - that trust between managers and employees is the primary defining characteristic of the very best workplaces. Blue Dart with their 'People First Philosophy', excelled in this major aspect. In the Survey and 'Culture Audit' conducted by the organizers, Blue Dart employees showed pride in what they do and reflected several other best practices in the workplace.
