Blue Dart Charter Flights To Flood-Hit Gauhati

Blue Dart is operating special charter flights to Gauhati to deliver consumer goods to the flood-hit region. These charter flights are being undertaken on behalf of ITC and HLL, leading consumer product companies in India. The loads would meet the pre-Puja demand to the Northeast and Siliguri.

Blue Dart, pioneer of the jet cargo network in India, offers a capacity of 16 tonnes each on its two Boeing 737 freighters, and assures timely delivery of goods to its five hubs, and distribution to 11,588 locations around the country. The current flights have carried approximately 46 tonnes of cargo into and out of Gauhati for both these companies.
